Settings Guide

แนะนำขั้นตอนการตั้งค่าแอปพลิเคชันและการอนุญาต Notification บนอุปกรณ์ เพื่อให้ UnRead ทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น

1. Android System Settings

Android Notifications Setting
Android Settings > Notifications > เลือกเปิดแอปแชทที่ต้องการให้เป็น (ON)

2. LINE Settings

LINE Notifications Setting
Settings > Notifications > เปิด Notifications (ON) และเปิด Show Preview (ON)
LINE Chat Room Notifications
ตรวจสอบว่าในแต่ละห้องแชทไม่ได้ปิดแจ้งเตือน (ต้องไม่ขึ้น Mute Chat)

3. Facebook Messenger

Facebook Messenger Notification Previews
Profile > Notifications & Sounds > เปิด Notification previews (ON)

4. WhatsApp

WhatsApp Conversation Tones
Settings > Notifications > เปิด Conversation tones (ON)

5. KakaoTalk

KakaoTalk Display Sender and Message
Settings > Notification Settings > เปิด Message Alerts (ON), Display เลือกระบุ (Sender + Message)

6. Telegram

Telegram Alert and Message Preview
Settings > Notifications and Sounds > เปิด Alert (ON) และเปิด Message Preview (ON)
