ในสมาร์ตโฟนหลายยี่ห้อ (เช่น Huawei, OPPO, Vivo, Xiaomi) ระบบจัดการพลังงานหรือ Autostart มักจะปิดการทำงานเบื้องหลังของ UnRead อัตโนมัติ ทำให้ไม่สามารถดักจับข้อความแจ้งเตือนได้
วิธีแก้ไขแยกตามรุ่นอุปกรณ์:
ASUS
- Mobile manager > Permissions (management) > Autostart (manager) > Allow UnRead
Huawei / Honor
- Settings > Advanced Setting > Battery Manager > หาเมนู "Power-intensive prompt" และเลือก Allow UnRead
- Settings > Apps & Notifications > Apps > UnRead > Battery > Allow UnRead
OPPO / OnePlus
- Settings > Battery > "Energy Saver" หรือ "Power Saver" > UnRead > ปิดการทำงานของ "Background Freeze"
Vivo
- Settings > Battery > High background power consumption > Allow UnRead
- Settings > Security & Privacy > Permissions management > Autostart manager > Allow UnRead
Xiaomi / Redmi
- Settings > Installed apps > UnRead > Battery Saver > เลือก "No restrictions"
- Settings > Security & Privacy > Permissions > Autostart > Allow UnRead
รุ่นอื่นๆ (Android ทั่วไป)
- ไปที่ Settings > Apps > UnRead > Battery > ปิด Battery Optimization (เลือก ไม่จำกัดการใช้พลังงาน)
- ตรวจสอบการตั้งค่า Autostart / Run in background และเลือกอนุญาตให้ UnRead ทำงานเสมอ
